5. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

6. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment as specified in the quotation. Payment terms vary based on project size and client agreement. Standard payment terms include:

• Advance payment: As per agreement
• Balance payment: Before dispatch or as per agreed terms
• GST and applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations

7. Delivery and Installation

Delivery timelines are estimated and subject to material availability and production schedules. Installation services, where applicable, are scheduled after delivery confirmation. Any delays will be communicated promptly.

8. Warranty

Thermofriz products come with manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by product category. Warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

9. Limitation of Liability

Thermofriz Products Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the products supplied.
